About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of getlustra.store and any purchase you make from it, operated by [legal name], based in Italy. By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe products accurately, but images are illustrative and minor variations can occur. Prices are shown in EUR by default; other currencies displayed are an approximate conversion, and your order is charged in the store’s settlement currency. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or payment cannot be taken, and will refund any amount charged.

The Lustra name, content and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity. To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided “as is”, and our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or anything that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If you are an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
